I need advice!!!!


K so here's my dilema! I am not nauseas anymore except when it comes to FOOD! But its so unfortunate because Ill eat takeout instead of cooking! The thought of cooking makes my stomach churn in the worse way! I have to hurry and eat before i smell any one food for too long. So im afraid im gonna turn into that guy who ate Mcdonalds every day for a month and gained like a billion pounds! Any tips?!?!

I Do!! I was the same way.... making food was so gross to me. Just dont get a lot of food and TRY to make healthy choices wile you are at it. once you hit your 2nd trimester you might be able to make food again. So its okay to have the comfort food right now as long as you eat something!! Trying walking too that helped me this pregnancy not to pack on the LBS :) good luck!

I was the same way! If I made dinner I wouldnt eat it! IF I MADE DINNER that is!

i dont have any advice but i saw your little countdown to baby at the top of the page and was thought it was funny cuz it said it had FINGERNAILS! name that movie. good luck with that!

dont worry i was like that at first but it will pass. then you will be able to eat things that use to make you sick.the first 12 weeks you do what you have to just to eat no matter what it is:)

haha!! That is why I stick with Rosas. It is fast and can still be healthy.

go to fresh and easy in their 50% off section. they usually have healthy prepared meals that you heat up in the microwave. they are usually expiring that day or the next day so you have to eat it that evening. me and tanner have been living off that section since i got pregnant haha.

hahaha amber!!! this cracks me up because i know exactly how you feel :)

I think ive ONLY eaten fast food or frozen dinners ALL week long! the thought of being in my kitchen and making something makes me want to VOMIT!

I think im going to staRT gettin those to go salads or chicken dinners from the grocery store that way it's healthy and ready to be eaten and i don't have to do ANYTHING!!!

But do whatever you need to do to not be nauseous :) !!!

Omg! you have to try the cihcken BLT salad from wendys if we had a wendy's in cowtown (Maricopa, I would eat one everyday, they are soo good!

I am SO jealous that you have an excuse to eat whatever the heck you want... I don't have that excuse... I just been eating whatever I want lately. So bad of me.

Oh no! My aunt's strangest craving was watermelon jellybeans.. she would eat TONS. You totally don't have to worry about getting fat- that McDonalds guy only ate the unhealthy stuff. There was an article in Fitness magazine about a lady who did the fast food every meal thing, and because she picked the right foods, she ended up LOSING weight! :D
